• Independently manage the NABL Calibration Laboratory
• Lead technical teams and supervise calibration activities
• Handle NABL assessments, audits and technical compliance
• Review and authorize calibration certificates within approved scope
• Maintain reference standards, calibration equipment and quality records
• Ensure accuracy, productivity and timely delivery of calibration services
• Support NABL scope extensions and laboratory operational improvements

Ideal for NABL Technical Managers, Calibration Lab In-Charges, Senior Calibration Engineers, or Authorized Signatories ready to take full ownership of laboratory operations, NABL audits, and team management. Multiple positions available.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate and build working relationships with officials in electrical departments
• Meet electrical contractors, consultants and industrial clients regularly to introduce our services and understand their requirements
• Identify new business opportunities and follow up on enquiries
• Maintain a record of client meetings, follow-ups and leads
• Share client feedback and market updates with the management team
• Represent the company at client meetings, site visits and local industry interactions

Ideal for confident, presentable communicators who are comfortable meeting people and willing to travel locally for client meetings. Basic understanding of electrical systems is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the company's social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube)
• Plan and publish a regular content calendar: project updates, company news, service highlights and hiring posts
• Create posts, posters and short videos using tools such as Canva
• Coordinate with the project and lab teams to collect photos and updates from the field
• Respond to comments and messages, and flag business enquiries to the team
• Track post performance and suggest improvements
• Keep the company's Google Business profile and online listings up to date

Ideal for creative, detail-oriented candidates with good written English and familiarity with social media platforms and basic design tools. Willingness to learn SEO and content marketing.
